A builder’s legacy, rooted in Alanya
Alparslan Company is a construction company based in Alanya. Our story began in 1970, when we started out as a subcontractor on building sites across the region. Those years on site taught us what makes a building last: carefully laid foundations, honest materials and people who take pride in their craft.
In 1997 we took the next step and became a build-and-sell developer. Since then we have designed, built and delivered our own residential projects, managing every stage ourselves — from choosing the land to handing over the keys.
Today we build for local families and for buyers from around the world who choose Alanya for its climate, its coastline and its way of life. Whatever the size of the project, our aim has not changed: homes that are built properly, delivered on time and cared for long after the sale.
